Straight about the evidence
Presence, not blame
Worth being clear, because the people who assess these claims certainly are: camera footage shows that an animal was present and active. It does not, on its own, prove that a particular animal caused a particular loss. Presence with solid provenance is exactly what a claim or a permit case is built on; overstating it is how a file falls apart. So the platform gives you the defensible half, an auditable record of what was there and when, and leaves the rest of the assessment where it belongs. That honesty is the point, not a limitation, and it is why the record holds up with the bodies that pay out.
